Tie Deng is a highly skilled Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensed by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers. With a Master's degree in Civil Engineering and nearly 20 years of experience in the field, Tie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to AKD Development Inc. As the Senior Project Manager, he has been instrumental in the successful completion of numerous high-profile projects.

Licensed by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers, Zheng is known for his meticulous attention to detail and his ability to manage large-scale projects effectively.

• Extensive experience in managing industrial, commercial, and residential projects

Biography:

Ruben Orduna is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in the concrete field. Starting his career as a concrete form carpenter and finisher, Ruben has risen through the ranks to become a Senior Superintendent at AKD Development Inc. His extensive background includes significant tenures at SpawGlass and TAS, where he honed his skills in formwork layout and construction management.
